I took this photo from my porch a couple of summers ago. I think seeing light stream through the trees or through the clouds is one of nature’s most beautiful sights. It reminds me of how much we all strive to see and experience the good things in life. We all want to see light and hope for the future, but this is a struggle for many on a daily basis. My Masters of Social Work Degree along with the five-plus years of social work experience that I have under my belt enables to me speak about self care, good mindfulness practice, and the emotions that go along with simply being human.  I am able to explain these topics with ease using stories and anecdotes from my own life. All of the pictures you see were either taken or painted by me – including my logo. I am able to use my creativity in a multitude of ways.
